We recognise that there will be families in our community who sometimes need help and support outside of what we can offer from school.  Please do call or contact us and we will do our best to help signpost you to local support routes which may be able to help.

The mental health triage team has a wide range of skills, including on the phone brief psychological support and has access to key services and organisations that can offer mental health support to people in their time of need.

help is for vulnerable people who need urgent assistance with essential food or household supplies, collection of medication, or who are at risk of loneliness and who have no other support available - lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday up to Christmas Eve. There will be an out of hours service on Christmas Day with the helpline reopening 9am to 4.30pm from Boxing Day. The normal helpline hours will resume on Monday January 4th
