As part of our commitment to be a Mentally Healthy School, we value the importance of supporting wellbeing both in school and at home. This hub provides parents and carers with helpful resources, practical advice and links to external support services.

Please find below a list of useful websites that can be used to support your children and families wellbeing at home:

 Coping with Mental Health and Parenting.

 Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a NHS specialist service that aims to help young people aged 5 -18 years and their families who are finding it hard to manage their emotional and psychological health.

A helpful resource that offers information and support for children experiencing social, emotional and mental health challenges, helping families access guidance to support their child’s learning and wellbeing.
