It is a pleasure to welcome you to Fleet Infant School. As the new Headteacher, I feel incredibly proud to lead such a warm, vibrant and nurturing community. I hope this website gives you a sense of the energy, curiosity and joy that fill our school each day.
Fleet Infant School is a special place – a happy, thriving infant school on the edge of Fleet, surrounded by beautiful woodland that inspires much of our learning. Our children are enthusiastic, our staff are dedicated, and together we create an environment where every child is valued and encouraged to shine.

Pawsome Visitor Alert! Today we had a VIP (Very Important Pup) in school... Ruby the therapy dog! The children absolutely loved meeting her! There were lots of smiles, gentle strokes and even a few cuddles! Ruby brought such a calm and happy atmosphere and it was wonderful to see how much joy she gave to everyone. We're already looking forward to welcoming Ruby back after Easter! We think it's safe to say, she's now the most popular visitor we've ever had

When a card says it all! Year 1 have been busy making thank you cards for the special people who help them. This card really made us smile - a child chose to thank our amazing catering team "because they cook lovely dinners for us." Our catering team are definitely feeling the love today!

We Library Time! Our children love spending time in the library, reading with Rocky our reading buddy and choosing from our recommended reads! We are so proud of the love of reading we are nurturing in school and we hope our families enjoy reading these books together at home too!

Science with a Dragon Children in Woodpecker Class are taking on a very important mission this week - protecting Dragon eggs before they melt and hatch! They are testing three different materials to see which one can keep the dragon's eggs the coldest: 1. Fur 2. Bubble Wrap 3. Leather The excitement is REAL as no one wants a melted dragon egg on their desk! We can't wait to see which material wins!
