I am delighted to welcome you to Fleet Infant School. We hope that you will find this website interesting and informative and that it will give you an insight into our school.
We are a thriving, happy infant school on the outskirts of the town of Fleet, close to a wonderful wooded area. Fleet Infant School is an exciting place to be, full of outstanding children, enthusiastic staff and lots of wonderful learning opportunities. We are a school where our children are at the very heart of everything we do.

Pawsome Visitor Alert! Today we had a VIP (Very Important Pup) in school... Ruby the therapy dog! The children absolutely loved meeting her! There were lots of smiles, gentle strokes and even a few cuddles! Ruby brought such a calm and happy atmosphere and it was wonderful to see how much joy she gave to everyone. We're already looking forward to welcoming Ruby back after Easter! We think it's safe to say, she's now the most popular visitor we've ever had

When a card says it all! Year 1 have been busy making thank you cards for the special people who help them. This card really made us smile - a child chose to thank our amazing catering team "because they cook lovely dinners for us." Our catering team are definitely feeling the love today!

We Library Time! Our children love spending time in the library, reading with Rocky our reading buddy and choosing from our recommended reads! We are so proud of the love of reading we are nurturing in school and we hope our families enjoy reading these books together at home too!

Science with a Dragon Children in Woodpecker Class are taking on a very important mission this week - protecting Dragon eggs before they melt and hatch! They are testing three different materials to see which one can keep the dragon's eggs the coldest: 1. Fur 2. Bubble Wrap 3. Leather The excitement is REAL as no one wants a melted dragon egg on their desk! We can't wait to see which material wins!
